Full-Time Community Support Steward 

(AKA Program Coordinator / Participant Delight)

We Are Looking For:  We are seeking a Community Support Steward to be the lead point of contact for all applicants and participants of all BEQOMING transformational containers, particularly the Allies and Prosperous programs. This role would also act as a support for and alongside the Programs Steward.

This role will handle the nurturing of all those entering our ecosystem, so clear and thorough communication is essential. Our desired candidate will have experience in working with large groups of people and effectively maintaining the relationship to ensure that each individual has a positive experience.

 

Core Responsibilities:

 

  1. Admin Responsibilities – 60% of the role
  • Provide a seamless and delightful online experience to all program participants 
    • Lead and manage operations on our LMS (Learning Management System) as well as upload relevant content
    • Coordinate and distribute program information through participant channels.
    • Support facilitators in logistical set up, calendar management, uploading content and document preparation for the program experiences.
  • Liaise participant information between appropriate internal channels, including keeping the CRM updated
  • Manage the payment cycle for active participants in the program.
  • Manage the organization, storage and maintenance of key program materials for internal and external distribution.
  • Create documentation for internal program processes, participant FAQs and backend processes.
  • Work or attend a program call on the occasional Saturday, and be available on Saturdays as needed for successful program delivery.



  1. Relational Responsibilities – 40% of the role
  • Communicate and interact with potential participants for all BEQOMING programs, from engagement to admissions, answering questions to secure leads
  • Manage and support the community during the program on our LMS (learning management system) from onboarding all the way to graduation
    • Provide technical support as needed for a seamless course experience
    • Engage the community online, from weekly check-ins, responding to posts as well as holding space for more emotional shares

  • You are experienced working in cross-functional teams
  • You naturally inclined to take a care of someone else’s needs and it brings you joy to nurture and pour love into every aspect of care-taking
  • You are driven by supporting people in their growth journeys
  • You have solid communications skills (English, both written and verbal)
  • You are passionate about being organized 
  • You have strong time management skills (ability to multitask is imperative)
  • You have solid computer skills (Google Suite knowledge a must) 
  • You are comfortable wearing different hats and prioritizing tasks of differing urgency
  • You are a charismatic hustler, with a positive attitude and loving towards others
  • You are available to work on USA time-zones

  • You don’t like the pressure of needing to respond quickly and problem solve.
  • You don’t have an upbeat positive demeanor.
  • You are not comfortable with last minute scheduling changes.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Prior experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and ability to juggle numerous projects at once.
  • Proven track record of closely and effectively communicating with your team
  • Qualification, training or significant experience in emotional support
  • Experience in customer service 
  • Tech-savviness – experience using Zoom, HubSpot,  Thinkific (or similar LMS), Canva, Kajabi, ClickUp is a bonus!
  • Must have solid references.
