• 20 homes
• Epic communal spaces (beach-club/restaurant, co-working spaces, media room, podcast recording studio)
• 30 acres of beachfront land (adjacent to MUSA who will design and build our facility. We will have access to all of their amenities, including restaurants/spa/hotel)
• There's nonstop 3.5 hr flights from LA to Zihautenejo most of the year
• Construction for retreat center is set to begin June 2023 and finish approx 1 year later
• Custom homes can be built starting in May 2023 if desired

Fun fact: The architect (Reed Finlay) designing our main gathering temple space just got selected to design the temple at Burning Man this year. :)
